I can’t explain the relief and feeling of lightness since I met up with a good friend yesterday – who knows pretty much my whole history – and being able to tell them everything that’s on my mind right now.

🎮 Just rolled credits on Split Fiction with my eldest. Good game. It took us a year to get through it. Had a lot of hilarious moments.

We’ll probably revisit It Takes Two again soon. It’s lighter and more fun I think, and has a lot of mini games too. Very replayable. I have good memories playing it the first time round.

@jedda Ooh, there’s nothing like these co-op games with loved ones 😊 . Yeah it’s a lot of fun! I think I heard they are working on another co-op game. Really happy about that. Did you play A Way Out? Also really awesome, and exciting too.

[On sitting and listening to albums]

@skoobz That’s a great idea. I used to sit down and listen to an album. But come to think about it I never do that anymore. It’s always alongside another activity.

Sick today. Bleh. I tried to power through it but have admitted defeat. Have had to cancel an important appointment though :(

Upside is I’m going to be super lazy today and go back to bed. Maybe I’ll play games later and chill the fuck out. Last few weeks have been massively stressful so I feel very run down at the moment.

@annie Hey thanks Annie! Um. I’m in the middle of a few different games right now. But I guess if you were thinking of getting a game for self care you could look up “cozy games”. I’m playing Neva (sequel to Gris which is an amazing game I recommend), Season, Sea of Stars. And I also play sweaty stressful games like arc raiders and Fortnite when I can handle the adrenaline rush.

What kind of game do you want to play? For a good story, or building something, exploring? 💜
